Jenna Reardon serves as ilumino’s SVP of Customer Solutions and is an avid accessibility advocate. She works daily to illuminate the path to digital inclusion by engaging, educating, and inviting people into the world of compliance.

Jenna Reardon serves as ilumino’s SVP of Customer Solutions and is an avid accessibility advocate. She works daily to illuminate the path to digital inclusion by engaging, educating, and inviting people into the world of compliance.

Jenna matches customers with solutions that ensure best practices for equal accommodation are effectively implemented and maintained. With more than a decade of experience consulting on Section 508 and Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) for government, education, and eCommerce, she has developed in-depth expertise in building custom solutions that keep organizations in check and allow them to experience the far-reaching benefits of providing inclusive applications.

Jenna’s background in engineering and mission in life formed after receiving the first place award from the Rehabilitation Engineering Research Center for the Advancement of Cognitive Technologies and the Coleman Institute for Cognitive Disabilities. Jenna earned the Award for the design of a device that improved the quality of life for persons with autism by treating related cognitive symptoms.

Mark Reardon serves both as ilumino’s CEO, as well as our financial and organizational leader. He focuses on operational excellence, growth, and efficiency.

Mark Reardon serves both as ilumino’s CEO, as well as our financial and organizational leader. He focuses on operational excellence, growth, and efficiency.

Mark’s entrepreneurial background spans from lifestyle to performance brands. Just prior to co-founding ilumino, he created a specialized eCommerce subscription company. Mark’s multi-industry experience from an owner’s perspective has provided invaluable insight on the issues, challenges, and opportunities that businesses and customers face on a daily basis. The result is the unique, one-of-a-kind approach to digital accessibility that ilumino offers, in addition to a rare opportunity to use sound business principles to change people’s lives in a meaningful way.

Mark’s personal connection to ilumino’s mission of commitment to digital inclusion is grounded in family and friends who have served in our military. Mark feels a strong connection to veterans and believes that ilumino has a great opportunity to remove digital barriers for those living with life-changing injuries.

Chief Technology Officer

Stacey Rayos is ilumino’s Chief Technology Officer, focused on accessibility consulting as well as digital accessibility assessments, training, development, and remediation.

Stacey Rayos is ilumino’s Chief Technology Officer, focused on accessibility consulting as well as digital accessibility assessments, training, development, and remediation.

Stacey has a diverse background in accessibility, website and application design & development, systems integration, and entrepreneurship. Stacey’s experiences working in government and education developed her skills in creating responsive solutions to follow the standards defined by local policies, Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG), Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), and Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA)—set in place to ensure accessibility while protecting sensitive data. As a business owner for over 10 years, Stacey enjoyed working with clients in diverse markets to develop websites, mobile apps, online training modules, and custom solutions.

As an accessibility specialist, Stacey is committed to making the digital world inclusive and usable. She has improved her own understanding of accessibility needs through participation in many conferences, workshops, mentorship, and training opportunities. Stacey was one of the earliest professionals to earn the Certified Professional of Accessibility Core Competencies (CPACC) title. She has trained audiences on the importance of Inclusive Development at Drupal Camp Texas, AccessU by Knowbility, and the CSUN Assistive Technology Conference.

Program Manager

Irina Enevska is ilumino’s Program Manager and focuses on facilitating the success of our projects, coordinating effective training sessions and educational outreach, and ensuring that each of our customers has a delightful accessibility journey!

Irina Enevska is ilumino’s Program Manager and focuses on facilitating the success of our projects, coordinating effective training sessions and educational outreach, and ensuring that each of our customers has a delightful accessibility journey!

A leader, team player, and detail-oriented perfectionist, Irina applies her organizational and presentation skills to facilitate internal and external excellence. She is passionate about helping others overcome barriers so that they can succeed in all areas of their lives. Her background in teaching public speaking at various universities, combined with a profound acknowledgment of the power of technology, drives her to help others overcome challenges in everyday life by nurturing creative approaches to their environments, and to help make the digital world equally accessible to everyone.

Beyond her role with ilumino, Irina is multilingual, speaking English, native Bulgarian, and practicing additional languages including French, German, and Korean. Her interests in filmmaking and foreign languages have ingrained a unique understanding of what and how we convey our messages and inclusive experiences.

Web Accessibility Specialist

Natalie Stroud is a dedicated Web Accessibility Specialist at ilumino. Natalie runs auto and manual testing on client websites, assembles monthly client reports encompassing issues that are not compliant with Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG), as well as provides QA testing for known issues.

Natalie runs auto and manual testing on client websites assembles monthly client reports encompassing issues that are not compliant with Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG), as well as provides QA testing for known issues.

Natalie has always had a passion for accessibility. Her degree in Media Informatics at Northern Kentucky University came with planning, designing, and building digital projects, in addition to working on her first web accessibility project. Natalie holds the Certified Professional of Accessibility Core Competencies (CPACC) certification and has a background in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap, and Python.

Natalie spends her free time volunteering for Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center and previously volunteered at Santa Maria Community Services with adult English as a Second Language (ESL) classes. She also co-organizes the Cincinnati chapter of Ladies That UX (User Experience) and leads a caregiver community project called We Give Care.
